Beware the Frozen Heart!

This MAP is a strange concept done to a strange song revolving around a strange aspect of the story of Wings of Fire. It's a palette MAP with lyrics, a PMV with animation. Some parts have a year and a half in age difference. Indeed, this is one of the most unique MAPs out there.

This project was intended to portray Foeslayer's unending suffering wrought by Queen Diamond's ultimate punishment: the Diamond Trial. This whole aspect of Foeslayer's story was given a mere handful of chapters in Winter Turning, though it is such an important part of her story. The thirteen animators worked together to artistically portray the misery she faced for the thousands of years she spent trapped in that cave.

Hosting this MAP was a rollar coaster ride, from parts being ignored for months to a redo submitted mere hours before the MAP's release. The final product was released a whole year later than was anticipated. What you see here may not be indicitive of each animator's current skills, so (while it's always appreciated it's especially so in situations like this) it's greatly appreciated if you checked out the channels of your favorite participants!
